Public Meetings

Throughout the study process, public feedback is critical to understanding the needs and opportunities along the Texas coast.

The intent of the public comment period is to receive ideas and concerns from the citizens of Texas. Constituent feedback is a vital part of this process.

The Texas General Land Office and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers remain committed to ensuring the voices of the people of Texas are heard. This is the second public comment period held on the Coastal Texas Study.

Public meeting attendees will receive a detailed overview of the Draft Proposal, and then will have the opportunity to comment on the study if desired.
